Local by default

Participant lists, imported files, draw results, and exports are processed in your browser. DrawFlow does not upload this content to an application server. The hosting provider still receives the technical requests required to display the website.

Nothing is saved silently

Participant content remains session-only unless you choose “Save on this device.” Saved projects use browser storage and can be deleted from the workspace.

• No account is required.
• Participant content is excluded from analytics.
• Private reveal data is never placed in query parameters.
• Exports are generated on your device.

Hosting logs

Like any website, the hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and requested URLs for delivery and security. DrawFlow does not put participant lists into those URLs.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and payments

The current service uses no advertising cookie, third-party analytics, advertising network, affiliate link, paid sponsorship, donation, or payment integration. No consent banner is displayed in this configuration.

Policy updates

This policy will be updated before trackers, advertising, payments, or a public contact channel are activated. Last updated: 4 August 2026.
